Over 40 Years of History...

My parents (Bender's Beach Service) began guiding off-road tours in 1962 using vehicles known as "Scouts" to transport visitors to the area North of Corolla before a road to Corolla existed. Back then, the road ended just before Duck after which it began to disappear under either blowing sand or rising water.

In 1992 I began guiding these tours using all-terrain vehicles but this year I have upgraded, gone "retro" and now offer the colorful vintage LAND CRUISERS featuring model years from the 60s, 70s and 80s for an added touch of nostalgia.
